Jakarta Rico Baskoro, a witness in the trial the defendant Nazaruddin, reported to the Jakarta Police. Rico considered giving false information about the Democratic Party Chairman Anas Urbaningrum in the trial.
Report false information to Rico neither done by Anas Urbaningrum, nor by Nuril Anwar, a former staff Nazar in the House. Nuril claim to feel compelled to reveal the truth.
"I feel annoyed when someone gives a false keterangna. I want to notice the truth," he said in front of SPK Nuril Jakarta Police, Jl Gatot Subroto, Jakarta, Monday (05/03/2012).
Nuril came accompanied by his lawyer, Patra M Zen. When asked why not a direct Anas reports, Patra said the reports of false information is not a crime complaint, so that anyone can file a report.
"This is not a crime complaint, anyone can. This alleged crime of false information and Pak Nuril who knew about it," he said.
Rico is considered a false statement is the owner and handler stated Permai Group is owned by Anas. No only that, Anas called Permai Rico often came to the Tower in Mampang, South Jakarta. But also he referred to frequently conduct a meeting at Permai Group.
